1. Approval of agenda

Motion to approve the agenda: MAC1, EE2. Passed unanimously

2. Secretary's report (October 23).

Motion to approve the October 23rd minutes. WLR1, MAC2. Passed unanimously

4. Budget Report

Have a reconciliation report that includes expenses. Wendy is working to reconcile it with our records.

Have received the first of the grant money ($62000). Going to proceed with the various projects.

5. Acting Director's Report
• Master Plan Committee's questions

The revived master plan committee is going to ask some library related questions in their survey.

They ran their proposed questions by Wendy for approval/input and they seemed fine.

• Purchases
• New employees and hours
6. Old business
• Minuteman - Dec 19 membership deadline

We're not giving notice, so we'll still be part of Minuteman next year.

7. New Business & Fundraising
• Barnes & Noble Bookfair

Meena will organize, but we plan to do it the next holiday rather than sooner.

• May election: Chuck's and Wendy's terms (nomination papers mid-Jan)

Both plan to run

• Southern Rail concert and booksale Jan 6 2008
