Motion to approve agenda. WLR1, MJ2. Passed unanimously.

2. Secretary's report

Motion to approve February minutes. WLR1, EE2, Passed. 3-0-1 --- Meena wasn't there

3. Citizens Speak
• new resident email re budget
• patron email to BOS re budget
4. Budget Report
• BOS meetings

Selectman Richard Dunne feels the library's budget should be upped by something like $80,000 so we don't have to dip into the Tuchinsky Principal.

Motion to disband the subcommittee and authorize the Chair to write the Annual Report. EE1, MJ2. passed unanimously
